What's mentor?
Mentor is a person who gives guidance provides their expertise. Mentors usually have deep knowledge and experience in a specific field, and have more experience in the workplace or learning journey than their mentees. So we have more ideas on how to help mentees break through their bottlenecks in learning and career.

Why do I need a mentor?
Oftentimes, designers are the minority in a team, and there are not always seniors people or peers around to support you and learn from. So when you encounter a complex problems or something you’ve have not experienced before, you often feel stuck. This is where Mentor can help you break through the blind spots and accelerate your growth!

HOW DOES THE MENTORING STUFF WORK
How to book a mentoring session and what to expect
This is a one-time (or as often as needed) session, in which you are free to consult with me on a variety of UX/UI issues. The session is 30 minutes in duration, and is conducted via Zoom.
Step 1: View options & Book
First, you should book a tutoring session or sessions by checking the tutoring options. Currently, I offer a few free sessions each month, so please review the availability.
Step 2: Select a date & time for first FREE session
Once availability is confirmed, you can book your preferred day and time. The first session is FREE and lasts for 30 minutes. If you wish to schedule additional sessions, fees can be discussed based on individual needs.
Step 3: Preparing for our mentoring session
When you book a session I’ll be in touch with you via email to help us prepare for our call.
1. Please make sure to provide detailed information and descriptions before book the session, so that I can understand your background before we begin and make our conversation more efficient.
2. Please show up on time for the session and make sure the audio and video settings are working properly before the session starts.
3. What can I do if I can’t make it? No problem, cancellations or changes should be made 24 hours prior to the interview, otherwise the scheduled session will be forfeited and not made up or refunded.
